Our water heater went south on a Saturday morning in February 2021. I started calling local companies in the Pleasanton, CA area for service. We really wanted our hot water on the weekend, not schedule an appointment during the following week. After calling several businesses, Nadjib answered my call and was at our house within 30 minutes wearing his mask and pandemic conscious. We discussed the bad heater. Nadjib verbally quoted me and we agreed to do the job same day. He ran to his supplier to get the replacement WH prior to their 12 noon closing time. Moms water heater died, of course on a weekend, and after reaching out to numerous companies who said the wait time for a technician could be days, we finally got ahold of Reliable Water Heaters and they were able to come and replace moms water heater the next day. Nadjib was able to fix our water heater and also took the time to make our water heater setup up to code. He took the time to work late in the evening to get the job done. He's very knowledgeable about plumbing and quick to find the issue and has reasonable pricing.

I made a phone call due to water leaking from top seam of my water heater. After giving my address to the rep by text, the service guy came just in 45mins, quite fast. The replacement of the water heater was quick, no problem at all. The quick job at Friday afternoon helped me a lot.
