January 20, 2026 - Just an update to my previous review. We had another clog in our toilet and shower (unrelated to the original clog) and we had a great experience with Chris from Nancy’s Plumbing. He came out to clear a clog and was extremely professional from start to finish. Chris took the time to really understand what was going on, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly knowledgeable. He resolved the clog efficiently and also gave us helpful guidance on how to avoid future clogs, which we really appreciated. We’ve been having some serious plumbing issues in my house with the fourth pipe leak just last week in a year. All four times we’ve called Nancys Plumbing to come out and help and each time they’ve fixed the pipe leak where it happened. They came out immediately and all times they were fantastic. This last time we decided instead of just fixing the leak we were going to re-pipe the entire house and replace all of the piping because we can’t keep doing patchwork. I cannot say enough good things about Nancys Plumbing. The guys were incredible. They did a fantastic job repiping my house. They were respectful. I trusted them in my home. My first time working with Nancy’s. I’m a landlord and manage my own property, so communication is critical for the vendors I work with. I also value good tech to make booking appointments easy to do off-hours. Nancy’s has their act together on both fronts: great tech and excellent communication. I’ll be using them from now on.
