Thomas came to the rescue to take care of an unfortunate problem that arose with my existing patio cover structure. He and his crews were able to replace the rotted beams with three new pressure treated 4x12 beams by building a temporary support structure. The plan came off without a hitch. Done in two days complete with paint, paint touch ups, reinstalling gutters, and immaculate cleanup. Thomas communicated everything throughout the project. He listens and explains. He even arranged for a roofing contractor to come back and inspect to reaffirm a warranty from some previous work that had been completed. Thomas is talented, kind, caring and professional.
