Horrible experience. Garage floor began to delaminate almost immediately. He refused to honor warranty after stating, initially, he would. Other contractors looked at damage and said he used the wrong chemicals. Total lack of integrity. He has been sued in the past; doing so now myself.

He did not do anything that I ask, he promises a lot of things, and did not provide what I was expecting, I was expecting a black from and he gave me a brown floor, then when I asked for my money back he did not provide it. I have the pictures to prove he's not using proline materials. I picked midnight black from a proline color chart and he was using some other color from from ezchem Even the lady at proline wants to know why he's lying about using her products. I told him I didn't want texture he did it anyways. He showed up to grind a 750 sqft basement with a hand grinder. He finally admitted to using the different products in text messages once I told him I had pictures of the other products he left in my garage. Sid and his team worked very hard to give my office floors the finish I wanted. They even came back a second time to apply another coat to give the floors the shine I liked. Very pleasant to work with and efficient.

They sanded, finished and sealed my shop floor and it looks beautiful. We needed some touch up after the initial job and he was happy to come do it.

It was so wonderful having Sid, the owner from Alpha Crete acid stain my basement. I had a specific vison for my basement which was being turned into a wine room. Because it was a basement, there are limits in the type of products you can have down there. I did not know that and I had my vision. Sid did multiple sample boards for me to get the red look that I wanted. When we got the color right, he had me be present on the day to make sure it was the look that I wanted. Since it was a wine room, he textured the floor to give it a cool Italian look. He is a true expert. His pricing his fair and I will always use him and recommend him. He is nice, ethical and honest.
