Had my new home inspected today. Kevin took me around the basement looking at the foundation, the machinery, and then we went outside and examined the walls and the roof. I learned more from him in an hour about this house that I know about the house I’ve lived in for decades. He’s very knowledgeable. He’s a great teacher.
