They installed a replacement geothermal unit in our house have had nothing but issues since. Have to reset it every time we lose power. They “forgot” to wire the whole house humidifier into the thermostat so after telling me we would no longer have a separate humidity control dial (see photo), it would all be able to be done on the thermostat, that couldn’t be fixed. We called them within one year of installing because we were having issues (that’s when we found out we had to reset after losing power because the furnace was running constantly never shutting off and wasn’t blowing any cold air). Purchased a bosch heat pump about a year and a half ago . On sunday jan 25 during the biggest snow storm of the year i noticed my outside unit wasnt running. Called the following monday morning to get it checked out and they did finally get someone out that evening. They found out what was wrong with unit but the bad thing is that they dont stock replacement parts for heat pump. They said they would have to order them that i am suppose to run emergency heat till they can fix unit. Now the bad part is it is coldest week of the year and i have to use emergency heat which uses all electric. I called a couple of times the last being friday no parts yet. Just seems like a company that installs heat pumps would stock some parts but they say there is no way they could stock all the different part

Be very cautious when doing business with this company, they are insanely greedy. I live 32 miles from their business, yet every time they come out to my house they want to charge me a $50 mileage fee; something that was never disclosed, when I originally hired them anout a year ago to do a repair on one of my systems. More recently, i contacted Morrison for a coolant top off on my closed loop system; during my phone call with Ms. Wright, I was quoted a max bill of $200, however when I got the bill, it was 60% higher then I was quoted. When I requested an explanation as to why my bill was so much higher then originally quoted, Ms. Wright, outright ignored my email, requiring a follow-up request two weeks later.

Technician communicated prior to arrival and was prompt with the appointment. After service was completed he asked if I had any questions.

Morrison did a great job on my Geothermal wells and installation of Bosch system for new house. Their maintanence and response to any problems has been very good.
