They were responsive to a phone call for an acute issue. They collected relevant information while trying to find the right technician and make sure they had the proper equipment before dispatching someone. The tech was polite and did great work while leaving the area clean. I would use their services again.

We had a blower go out on our boiler on a holiday weekend and Josh came out and repaired it early on MLK Monday. It was done quickly and Josh was very knowledgeable and very personable. The repair was covered under warranty and he also filed all the paperwork. Thanks, Josh and thanks, Alpha Mechanical! Five stars!

I want to publicly thank Josh and Barb at Alpha Mechanical Solutions, for their superlative work in helping us to resolve a heating problem that, of course occurred on a weekend. I left them a message on Sunday evening and first thing Monday morning, Barb called to say Josh would soon arrive. Josh soon fixed a leak in our hot water baseboard system and began to resolve other issues that occurred because of the original leak. Over the next several days Josh returned between other calls, using his expert skills, to diagnose and resolve the system blockage. He never stopped thinking about our problems or doing what he could to resolve them. Of course, he had success! Outstanding work--I was kept informed during the entire process which was significant work on the boiler and installation of a sidearm, work on radiant heat underfloor zones, and thermostat maintenance--finished product is clean, neat, efficiently oriented, and exceeds all expectations.
