Quick Draw Cleaning

FANTASTIC TEAM!! Three thumbs up. We were eager to move into a newly purchased home built in 1918 with that many years of dust and grime. It was uninhabitable until Deirdre and the crew heard our urgency and quickly transformed the place; carpets, walls, vents, etc. We are no longer allergic to our house!

I had renters who were EXTREMELY hard on my home by the river in everyway. Quick Draw came and in one day cleaned the rugs, the carpeting, the tile and wood floors, the outdoor patio furniture, the trek decks and all the leather furniture was reconditioned. The place sparkles and there is such peace. They were masterful and had a big crew to get it done in one day. I could not be happier! Peace of mind! thank you! I highly recommend them for restoration of your place.

I called to make an appointment,,, They looked up my house,,, verified my # of bedrooms hallway etc,,, gave me a time 2 weeks out. I waited and put off my new Tenant's move in date to allow Quick Draw to to the work. SUPRIZE !!!!! I waited all morning for them to show up !! No show !! And they do not answer their phone.. Stay Away From Quick Draw Cleaning !!

Day 1 we had them do air duct & dryer vent cleaning. Jared was running a little late but called me at the start of my appointment time to let me know and when to expect him which he arrived when he said he would. When he arrived he explained how the air duct cleaning process worked, gave me a few minutes to round up my cats to put them in a room away from where he was doing the work. When he cleaned the filters at the end, you could really see all the lint he was able to get out of the vents. Day 2 we had carpets cleaned & a couch cleaned. He arrived on time and was very friendly. Explained how the carpet cleaning process works and estimated how long it would take to dry. We were getting an error message on our dryer. Having cleaned the lint trap every time on a 3 year old machine, it came as a surprise. QuickDraw was awesome to work with! Knowing we were without a dryer, they moved us up twice when there were cancellations on their schedule. Jared came by the house and was super professional. Our issue was complicated and he diagnosed it right away. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and communicated everything he needed to do. We now have a clean vent and a future path to prevent the issue from happening as often. I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat.
