Alpha & Omega Heat & Air

My AC stopped working during one of the hottest times of the summer. The company I have been using for a while, looked at my unit for less than 5 minutes and told me it would be around $900 to fix due to me needing a new motor for the compressor fan. By luck, I found Mike’s number and gave him a call, due to him being somewhat local. Mike was great on the phone, listening to all my concerns, offered to come down and take a look thinking it may not be the motor. For less than half price and within an hour Mike fixed the AC and the motor was totally fine. Mike is very personable and very knowledgeable, I will be using him for all AC/heat needs moving forward!

The owner was knowledgeable and experienced. Very nice to work with. I’m very particular about neatness and mikes work was very neat and clean. I was very happy with the job. I had purchased a fixer upper and there was no hot water tank. Mike came by and offered multiple solutions to us and helped us choose the right one for our needs and at the right price. Great service!! I have always use Alpha and couldn't be more pleased with the process and results. My first issue was the motor needing to be replaced - a new motor was ordered and Mike Romano was very patient with answering my questions and dealing with my crazy schedule. The second issue (unrelated to the motor) came months later with the unit above me having a leak from their AC unit which came into my place and caused mold damage. My AC unit had to physically be removed and put to the side while mold remediation and repairs took place. It's now back in place and is in better shape than it was before! Mike Romano and his team have always been on-time, responsive, professional and just all-around a pleasure to work with. I recommend! I will use them again should I have any future issues

Mike was great in every way. All the others said I need to replace my elderly parent’s entire HVAC system. Mike was the only one who suggested we just need to replace the condenser. He saved my parents thousands of dollars. He showed up early and installed the new unit in just a few hours. I will definitely use him for any future A/C or heating needs.
