The price was exactly what I was quoted with no surprises. The technician, Martin, was great to work with: knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He also had a teammate with him (I unfortunately forgot his name), and both did a fantastic job. I really appreciate straightforward, reliable service like this. Today Alpha Omega Plumbing & Septic Tank Service pumped my household septic tank after hand digging for tank access. The tank was very deep and required extra work in what was very hard dirt in a gravel driveway. They spread tarps and were surprisingly neat and professional. Gilbert and Martin were friendly and efficient. I am very happy with the result. For the extra work that was required, the price was great.

I had to get a new seepage pit installed at my home. Erin and his crew came out to install it. I had many questions and concerns and Erin and one of his guy's answered all my questions.
