Alpha Omega Water Well

The pipe at the top of our more than 30 year old well rusted out and the pipe and the pump fell down the hole. Of course this happened on a Saturday. A neighbor had mentioned Alpha Omega service. So I filled out an online request and called them Monday morning, expecting to I would need to call around to find anybody to come out during this cold weather. Office staff was friendly and competent, and in less than an hour the truck showed up. Great new equipment, and special tools. Shawn is very efficient. I walked into the house to pick up some parts and when I came out again, he had already fished out the pipe. Hooking everything back up was routine. He is experienced so I learned more about wells. Much appreciated quick service. And at a reasonable price.

This company has some of the sweetest gentlemen to work there!!! They didn't work on a well for myself but they did help a neighbor out in a time of need during this winter mess. Thank you for all that you did you are truly a blessing and you'll never know how much you're kindness has meant. These men are a blessing from God, thank you!!!

Very disappointed with our experience with Alpha. Sure, they gave us the best quote out of several well companies — but at what cost? After signing and getting the permit, we were told drilling would be in 2–3 months, which we knew was normal. Then the waiting game began. Months passed with no updates unless I reached out first. Each time, I heard a new version of the same story: “Our rig’s in the shop, should be 2–3 weeks.” Then, “Rig’s broken again, give us 2 more weeks.” This went on for months, like a never-ending loop of excuses. Eventually, they promised, “You’re next in line!” only to call back days later saying, “Actually, we need the bigger rig — maybe 3 more weeks.” By then, our permit was about to expire, and my patience already had.
