I was having a hell of a time locating my septic tank. Total Plumbing showed up same day, and found it in a matter of minutes. Chris was friendly, professional and transparent throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Total Plumbing to anyone in need of locating a septic tank.

I really do not recommend this plumbing company. The guy was great. The price was terrible. He showed up to my house was here for about 30 minutes and charge me $400.00. He did not do nothing Just tell me the same thing I already knew and said just call us back when the water dries up. They’re extremely overpriced. My neighbor told me about another plumber that he knew so I called him and he Came out and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. He said it wasn’t a big issue and He only charged me $50. There was nothing wrong only a small leak. He told me that some people will not working in water. They just over charge a lot And they like to take advantage of people so I don’t recommend Total plumbing to nobody.

Great folks. Rinnai tankless hot water heater installed, professionally, and quick with prompt customer service. I had to reschedule due to an illness and they were accommodating and even called to check in on us. I didn't shop around, so I'm not sure if they're any cheaper. But customer service wins me over any time. Thanks again for the new hot water heater y'all. Happy holidays.

Courtesy, kind, and thoughtful personal. Excellent wort. Very accommodating. Got my commercial gas stove oven turned back on after Atmos came and left gas on without any pilots in on. While building shelled like gas. Desperately needed oven plot on for large luncheon scheduled. Thank you so much for coming to my aide.

Chris came out & scoped my main sewer line from the house to the septic tank & then back to the house with a brightly lit camera on a snake as I watched the video. He really took his time showing me every anomaly and explained everything to my satisfaction. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. He is just the type of honest plumber I was hoping for. They make a video after the initial run & email to you, with voice over at the time explaining everything so you can compare & remember later. Great service. I would recommend Total Plumbing Solutions to anyone. Five Stars.
