We had Mr. Duct out to clean both our upstairs and downstairs ducts, and the whole process was smooth and easy for me. I got multiple quotes beforehand, and they offered a great price while still being very professional. The work was done quickly and thoroughly, and I could immediately tell a difference in the air quality the same day. Highly recommend!

We noticed a musty odor coming from some of our downstairs ducts, so we hired a mold inspector who confirmed the presence of mold in the HVAC boots and ducts. We contacted Mr. Duct Cleaner to address the issue, as their website stated they specialize in mold remediation. After a phone consultation, we scheduled an appointment. The Mr. Duct Cleaner crew arrived on July 1. They explained that they would encapsulate the mold in the HVAC boots, clean all the downstairs supply and return ducts (both from below and from the attic), clean the furnace, and apply an antimicrobial fog to address the mold.
