Chris and his team are amazing! Chris went above and beyond with communication, inspecting, and keeping us up to date and informed on our project. The chimney had rock that needed to be replaced with vinyl. All the wood underneath was rotted. They made sure they cleaned up really well after the job was completed as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or job! We never once second guessed our decision to choose Chris for the repairs. I wish all companies could be this honest. We called Chris to see if he would be willing to give us a second opinion on a roof replacement. Before he came out, we were pretty sure we would use the first company we talked to. However, after talking with Chris, we decided to use Alpha Roofing. We were very impressed with the products he uses. We were also impressed with the fact that he is the owner and is on site watching the progress to make sure the work is done correctly. Chris was also in contact with our insurance company which we were thankful for. He communicated well and took time to answer all of our questions.
