Rapid Response Plumbing

Called bc our hot water heater was pouring water out from spout on top. We had to turn our water off bc it was so late at night. Sam showed up this morning and was able to quickly diagnose that our water pressure was almost double what it should be and installed a new valve. He was so friendly and let us know what the cost was going to be before he began. He got the job done very quickly!

My water heater was failing to give hot water. It was quite old and had served its purpose over the years. Contacted Rapid Response Plumbing and after discussing my situation with Steve, the owner, I decided it was time to replace the old. Steve was most helpful with providing info and a quick quote. 3 hrs later, Sam, my technician was on the job. He was very courteous, proficient and my garage was spotless. It is scary sometimes to have to pick a plumbing company, but I’m glad I picked Rapid Response and will use them for any plumbing problems I may have in the future.

Within 24 hours of calling them, had two new hot water heaters and a pressure regulator valve. They were prompt, professional and feel like they provided a fair price. Would highly recommend them.

We called Rapid Response Plumbing to replace a leaking water heater. Steve responded quickly and texted me a reasonable quote. He replaced our gas water heater the next day. He is friendly, dependable, knowledgeable. We will use his service for any future plumbing needs.
