AlphaOne Exteriors

I met Jarrod in BNi (super nice guy) and remembered him when I noticed we had Ice damming that was causing water leaks in the ceiling of our kitchen and living room (see pictures for reference). Jarrod was able to get a crew out within an hour (potentially not typical, but still appreciated the sense of urgency). Two guys arrived and got to work at cleaning off our roof. James, the lead project manager, was super friendly and informative of what was happening and what needed to be done. He answered all of my questions and double checked there wasn't a pipe break per my request that I appreciated. I felt the price for the work was fair for the time and effort put into what we needed done. I will be bringing them back to prime and paint our ceilings and will write another review once that is

We hired Alpha One Exterior to do work on the outside of our home, and our experience was extremely disappointing. During the estimate, they were very nice and thorough, so we felt confident giving them the job. We made it clear that our schedules were flexible and that all we needed was communication. Unfortunately, that never happened. There were multiple days where workers just showed up with no notice — which was a major issue because my husband works night shift and would wake up to loud banging and drilling. We still tried to be understanding and worked around it. We came home one day to find a completely different company working on our house — a third-party contractor Alpha One apparently hired without telling us. These men spoke no English so we were unable to explain the issues

Great experience with this roofing contractor. They came out for an inspection and were very professional, honest, and thorough. They took the time to explain what they found and answered all my questions without any pressure to do unnecessary work. I really appreciated their transparency and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof inspection or any home repairs.

Richard who gave us the quote for siding and gutters was a relief compared to the first company we got a quote from. No high pressure sales tactics from him and he gave us the option to paint the shutters which brought cost down. And they look great, better than new. Since new ones probably would of been vinyl not metal. Also Jarrod and James and their crew did a great job as well. They finished job in good time, and cleaned up well afterwards. They are very professional company and really deserve their A+ BBB rating.

We had winds come through and knocked branches on our roof damaging the roof. Our Insurance did not want to pay for it. AlphaOne exterior went above and beyond to fight for us. They helped us get approved. Did awesome work replacing our roof. After took awhile to get our checks released. Was patient and helped us get the money. I would 100% recommend them to help you if you are ever stuck in A hard position. Not to mention a job well done
