They installed my neighbor's fence 2" above ground to prevent wood rot per HOA guidelines and it all looked great so I had mine done to match. The problem is, they jammed my fence 1" into the ground. Still wondering if this was a bad joke. Now I'm concerned with wood rotting. The install team did everything else right, but why jam my fence 1" into the ground despite an ask for 2" above? They said they'd fix it by trimming the bottom up, but that was two months ago.
