They will ask questions about a project, make suggestions and offer opinions. The showroom has options for any design or need. Once decisions were made, estimates were provided on a timely basis. As expected, initial payment was required up-front with final payment due upon completion of the work. Communication was ongoing and timely related to availability, delivery, installation, and completion. All dealings with and tasks by Alpine Flooring were completed professionally and with excellent workmanship.

Alpine Flooring installed engineered hardwood floors in the upstairs of our home in Windham, NY. Part of the home has radiant heat and the product that was installed was rated for radiant heat by the manufacturer, however there was a labeling/rating mistake by the manufacturer leading to the product buckling on the part of the floor heated by radiant heat. We worked with Alpine to resolve the problem, and they were awesome. We chose a replacement product and Alpine Flooring had their guys spend a week here replacing the old floor with the new one. We are most grateful for the support we received from Tim, TJ and Kevin. We would certainly recommend Alpine Flooring to anyone looking for a dependable vendor who cares about their customers. Alpine Flooring is a great local business that we are lucky to have in the mountains. My wife and I just completed our custom home 6/2019 and we hired Alpine Flooring to do all of our floors, bathrooms and the kitchen. Tim and TJ were a huge help in footing selection from our hardwood to our bathroom showers and floors. Lena helped us refine our kitchen design and worked with us to pick materials in our budget. The end result was beautiful produces at great prices and top quality installations. I would highly recommend this company and it’s employees to anyone building a home or renovating an existing one in the Windham and Hunter mountain area (off the mtns as well).

An absolutely spectacular whole-home renovation by Alpine Flooring. Alpine "Flooring" is a bit of a misnomer, as they can easily handle the complexity of a major renovation. Our Windham home was completely transformed by removing a wall, adding a faux beam, moving the laundry room to create more space for the master bath, a new gas-burning fireplace and complete remodels of guest bathroom and kitchen. A shout out to Tim, the owner, who handled every detail as the overall GC, and to the amazingly talented Justine who did all the design work and expertly helped in selecting cabinetry, countertops, tile and fixtures, etc. Not only was all the work performed superbly by talented local craftsmen, it was all delivered ON TIME! Highly recommended.

Alpine installed vinyl flooring in our farmhouse last summer during the heart of the pandemic. TJ was awesome and his crew was hardworking, punctual, friendly and very efficient. The floor looks incredible and we would certainly work with Alpine again!
