Had a busted pipe somewhere in the house. I could hear it and point to the general direction but I had no idea how to access it. Doug arrived and I gave him some background as to what was happening and within 5 minutes he was in a crawl space that I didn't even know existed. After replacing the broken pipes he made sure pressure was good throughout, and then when we heard more running water, he went back into the crawl space to fix another broken pipe. I would expect most plumbers to be able to fix our problem, but Doug is just a really nice guy and professional. You can tell he knows his stuff but that he also enjoys what he does. Can't say enough good things about Doug! I had low water pressure for years at my house, and no other plumber could figure out what the problem was. Doug identified the issue in less than a minute and 15 minutes later he made the necessary repair. At long last, I can finally enjoy a nice shower!

My husband and I recently purchase a home in Windham, NY. The house was built in 1973 and had not been maintained by the previously owners. Doug is fantastic - helped me with two very frustrating problems. My water mysteriously turned pinkish during the winter - he upgraded my water filters and it's been crystal clear ever since. My instant hot water also was not staying hot for very long - Doug adjusted the settings and turned off a booster pump and it's been piping hot ever since. I'd highly recommend him for whatever your plumbing or heating needs!

Doug responded immediately to install a new water pressure tank. He did a fantastic job. The tank was corroded and could have done a lot of damage. He was here within a week with the brand new tank and installed it. He is dependable, honest and is fairly priced.
