Call these guys immediately. A real person answered the phone - not a robot. They showed up when they said they would! Prices were clear and fair! After examining my furnace they explained what actually needed to be done without trying to jack up costs. And the man who came to service the furnace is the same guy who installed it 12 years ago. That kind of professional longevity says a ton about the integrity of a shop. Do yourself a favor and rely on Alpine Heating and Cooling for whatever you need.

James was great,professional, to the point and knew what he was doing. There was no upscale or round about this and that, he knew (evidently through training and his experience) what was needed and went above and beyond. I have used Alpine for many years, and always felt i had been treated well.

In the December cold, I called to let Alpine know my furnace wasn't turning on. James Johnson came out 15 minutes later and had it fixed within half and hour. I'm lucky it wasn't anything major, but having James come out and get it fixed so quickly was amazing, and I'm so grateful he was able to be there!! Thanks so much!
