Thank you so much for coming out so promptly. My grandmother's heater wasn't running the motor was hot it could have caused a fire and with the cold weather we needed someone to fix it ASAP. Robert came right before he had to pick up his son the same day with parts. We're fortunate to have someone in the community to make time for families. I highly recommend Robert and his company. What a great company! Robert, the owner is very knowledgeable. They install high-end Mitsubishi and American standard equipment at much less than the bigger companies charge. Installation quality was top-notch.

Awesome experience and highly recommend!! Robert and his team member arrived on time and worked efficiently to replace our worn out heat pump and update our furnace and thermostat. Robert took the time to show us how to navigate and use our new thermostat and tested our system before they left. They were done in less than a day and left no mess behind.

Huge shout out goes to Robert Ozanne. This man came out after cm heating told us they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. so while we sat shivering with no sign of hope. Ozanne heating came and within 1 hour of being here he had the problem fixed and we are back to warm and cool days. Huge recommendation from me! Worth every penny. Even gave us info on maintaining our equipment

The Ozanne Team was awesome in all respects. In 1 day they removed my entire Geo-Thermal system and replaced it with a top of the line Gree inverter heat pump and associated air handling unit. Team leader Robert said the system would save me money on my electric bill. WOW! He wasn’t kidding. My July electric bill went down by 60% when compared to my last 8 year July average bill. Absolutely amazing!
