Rider, Scott and Eli came out to offer and service my home. They were all very professional and knowledgeable in the issues I have been dealing with (Wasps and hornets). Definitely look forward to seeing them again. Update; Travis came to service my home for my second service and once again I was very pleased with all the work that he performed. He took the time to explain things to me and give me additional insight on keeping the wasps at bay.

I wanted to give props to EcoShield Pest Solutions for their consistently great service and their well-trained staff who deliver it. Robert Huff was our technician today, and as usual did a great, thorough job of treating our home. I really appreciate the way that the EcoShield technicians take the time before leaving to review what they did, anything new they may have found and what that may mean. We’ve been long time customers because of this, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for pest control services.

Jacqueline was great! However she did not get but two words from my call to EcoShield prior to the appointment describing insects I’d hoped EcoShield expertise would prepare her to address. All the information she had was “Lawn, flies.” We talked, she did a good job, yes give her a bonus!

Travis our service representative is the best part of this company and the only reason I haven’t canceled. I was extremely dissatisfied until Travis arrived. Im certain he doesn’t get paid enough for his great customer service. Thank you Travis.... 5 star
