Driver arrived early, had me pull the caps for him including my clean out and was not interested in communicating. When I tried to alert him to the location of the open clean out I think he was listening to music so didn't hear me, so it was not inspected. I had been assured that a clean out inspection was a part of the pump-out service when I scheduled. So no inspection was done and I was told I needed an additional pump out in 6 months. The pump out service was done well as far as I can tell, it's why I'm giving them 2 stars. I understand that not everyone is going to show up chipper to literally pump shit but I was expecting the work that I was told would be done to be completed and that I would be able to communicate with the technician. I recently had a poor experience with a different septic company and am happy to review that Alpine showed up exactly when they said they would. Ultimately they could not thaw my drain line as it turns out I do not have an external clean out but their guys came into my crawl space to verify my clean outs were indeed inside, they didn't charge me for the call even though they could have, and they provided the information on a company that could take care of me prior to leaving. Very professional and you can tell these guys genuinely care about taking care of people. I will be calling them when I need my tank pumped to ensure they get the business they deserve after this good service. Very impressed.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. Alpine Septic did not show up at the scheduled appointment time and never notified me that they would be late or missing the appointment altogether. When they eventually came out, the technician used my personal garden hose to rinse off their equipment and washed their septic hoses in my yard. This left me concerned about sanitation and cleanliness. Professional service should respect the customer’s property and time, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. Communication, reliability, and proper sanitation practices are all very important in this type of work, and I did not feel those standards were met.

I scheduled to have septic pumped in the beginning of September for October 20th. October 20th came they called and said they had a truck down and would call back to reschedule. I reached out to them the 22nd and they still had no idea of when they could come pump. I finally reached out the 3rd of November and they still had no idea of scheduling me. I will not go through them ever again totally unprofessional.

Never had a bad experience with Alpine Septic. They have been servicing our septic tank at our home for over 10 years. Always prompt courteous service, and the guys that come out have done a great job. Thank you!
