As an OTR driver this place is a relatively easy delivery location. Located on south end of 862 building. There are 6 doors. They put me in door 5. Pretty easy drivers side back if you pull into the WalVac shipping area next door and back in. Receiving opens at 07:30.
I'm looking into replacing several windows in my house and a contractor I work with someone who recommended this place. I've been there once to look at displays. But I've called 2-3 times asking more questions about Alside windows. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with sounds impatient. It's discouraging me from considering their product. I also called there plant in Ohio but were also not helpful. Who owns this place anyway?
Owner shouldn’t have a drivers license never use this company
Love local guys. Factory screw ups and poor build quality never been in control. Every job something screwed up. Used to buy great patio doors they don't sell now. Their in house patio doors don't cut it. If not for local management jumping thru hoops to help customers they would go out business
The worst location, they don't care about there customers. Products are always screwed up. Corporate doesn't care. I will be buying from abc instead
