Felix the plumber was very professional.knowledgeable.honest and friendly. Felix is also an animal lover and was very kind and patient with my 4 dogs. I will use this company again if I ever I need more work in the future and I will ask for Felix and will refer this company and felix to my friends and neighbors.

Clogged tub drain from hair. Felix came right out and had to use the electric snake to clear everything. Felix is so professional and does his job with such pride. He is a joy to have fix your plumbing. Felix cleaned what had gotten dirty. It was like he was never there. He ran water down drain to make sure it did not back up again. I am so happy when I see Felix come out of the truck, he is a knowledgeable tech! Thank you so much!!

I’ve used Alternate Design Plumbing over the years, including today to install a tub faucet. Brian was my service tech today and he did a great job. They are professional, personable, pay attention to detail, and reasonably priced.

I spoke with them on December 31 and they came out the morning of January 2 for the disconnection of my outdoor kitchen prior to us moving. Felix was professional and did great work at a reasonable price. Couldn’t ask for better.
