Fantastic experience. Chuck responded to my email inquiry on a Sunday night. He helped diagnose the issue with our dryer. He provided a price and we scheduled for Tuesday am. His technician Rex was fabulous. Professional and super knowledgeable. Friendly and helpful. I would recommend them again with no hesitation.

Chuck from Chuck’s Appliance Repair came out personally to fix my washer, and he was fantastic. He arrived on time, communicated clearly, and got straight to the point. He diagnosed the problem—an issue with one of the boards—quickly and fixed it with no fuss. Honest, skilled, and reliable—highly recommend!

Our dishwasher stopped working and Chuck was an incredible help. When the part he diagnosed (and ordered/ installed) didn't solve the problem he was gracious enough to only charge us for the visit. He will absolutely be our go-to for any appliance service need moving forward. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely fair. Not to mention prompt and excellent with communication. If you have appliance issues, he's your guy!

Chuck is the only man we call for our appliances, he’s good and fast and thank his he carries brand new parts. He tells us why it broke too, he’s great on Diagnostics. He fixed our dryer and washer.

Wow! Talk about honest! I have been having so much trouble with my KitchenAid refrigerator. I had another appliance company come work on it about four times in a row and still have problems. My husband called Chuck and when I spoke with him just now he recommended that I buy a new refrigerator! Knowing that my refrigerator is 10 years old, while he might be able to fix it something else might go wrong. Can you imagine that, an appliance repair person working himself out of a job by being that honest! I sure will keep him in mind for anything else I need worked on! Thanks Chuck!
