Great service with knowledgeable and friendly techs. Mike and Dawson are two guys who you can trust to get things done correctly the first time. Both of them are always happy to explain what they find and run through everything that needs done. Cant recommend this place highly enough. Had to call them out to get a leaky water heater fixed only to discover I needed to replace the whole unit. Dawson called their support and I ended up getting a new water heater free with the manufacturer warranty. Great staff all around.

Alternative Air was very good to work with in the beginning. For the bidding and the original installation. Being very flexible in being able to work with our realtor and our working hours to install a full blown new heating/cooling system, and even a hot water heater. Originally, things were great. The A/C and hot water heater worked just fine. After about a month, we found a water leak in our basement caused from the A/C unit. This water has caused some damage to some sheet rock, and our carpet in the bathroom.(Yes, carpet in the bathroom its a old home.) Our basement had no floor drains so, the condensation was pumped into a PVC sewer pipe. That's were we found the issue. They had created there own PVC P-trap and glued it into the existing sewer line, with a copper pipe going into it.

We have been loyal customers of Alternative Air for years, working with the team across two properties. Unfortunately, a recent experience has completely tested our patience and trust. Our AC unit was functioning perfectly until a technician named Dawson came in—after his visit, the system stopped working entirely. When I reached out for emergency service, it took several days for anyone to respond, and neither the company nor the technicians accepted responsibility for the issue. To be clear, I wasn’t seeking a refund or financial compensation (though I did receive a refund for my membership when I canceled it); I simply wanted the issue addressed promptly. Mike did a great job! He was very professional and accurately diagnosed the problem quickly. He checked on availability of the part needed, found it available and returned with it shortly. He installed it and we have heat again! Thanks so much!
