Alternative Onsite Solutions saved me a bunch of money and headache. He honestly and generously gave me advice on the feasibility of expanding our septic system for an accessory apartment. Rather than sell me on hiring him to do some work that wouldn’t have been possible or allowed, he let me know after consultation. I am thankful for his honesty and technical expertise.

We had some difficulties finding the septic tank and it has not been cleaned in several years. AOS was highly recommended and it was the right decision to call them. Jeff found the tank quickly and marked it, inspected the septic line and found a tree root that had broken the line. He provided on-the-spot photos from his camera down in the septic line that showed clearly the line had been broken by tree roots. Jeff and Bri in the office were super accommodating in scheduling the jobs, and both were knowledgeable and professional and just very nice people. Jeff did a great job of inspecting the whole septic line and then came back today and did an excellent job at repairing the septic line, dug down to the tank and installed risers so the tank can now be easily cleaned. Our service guy was new - had only been working for AOS for a few weeks. Nice gentleman but I was not totally confident that he knew what he was doing. Our set-up is a little different. But he got everything done properly. And we received multiple calls afterword from Jeff and Ben, following up to make sure the job was done correctly. We've been with AOS for almost 10 years and they are the best!
