If I could give zero stars I would. Totally incompetent. They have supposedly in my neighborhood since 10 am “plowing” but it looks like nothing has been done including not even making a single pass down my street. I could have done more myself with a shovel I that time. If you’re thinking about utilizing this company, don’t. Just don’t do it. You’ll sorry and ripped off.

Altra plowed our neighborhood a few days ago and took out some grass on my property. There was plenty of room to avoid any damage and the driver was going about 30 to 35 mph in an alley behind our house.

One day my vehicle it was parked on the parking spot In a community of townhouses . I saw Altra crew mowing around and we whacking around after I noticed my vehicle had a busted window. It seems like the weed whacker guy hit it with a small object.It was obviously they did it because the guy who was weed whacking around didn’t finish his job, he took off by not telling me what happened. I went to look for the guy in charge of the crew, I told him what happened and he told me to call the office after calling the office and let them know about it and send them proof of what happened. They told me they going to call me back which they never did. I tried to call a few times and I never had an answers. My mistake was not making a report about the incident and end up paying a company to fix my w

Didn’t do a good job plowing my neighborhood.

As is weekly tradition, I just got woken up at 7:45 in the morning by a chainsaw directly outside my window. This has nothing to do with their ability as landscapers, They do the complex I live at and it always looks just fine. But there's no reason on the face of the planet that they have to start so early. As someone who works afternoons and evenings and doesn't usually get to bed until about 2:00-3:00 in the morning being guaranteed only four or five hours of sleep one day a week is absolutely infuriating.
