This is a special shout-out to Mario. He came to Corpus Christi today, the day shelter here in Boise, and did a fantastic job as usual. He spoke to my friend and after completing his work. He was very friendly and personable. I appreciated that aspect especially as he did not have to spend the time that he did going beyond the job itself. For that alone, 5 stars. Great customer service skills. Would recommend highly!

Mario with Altus out of Emmett was amazing, I saw some mice this morning and within a few hours he was here placing traps and looking for them. That’s customer service, and he’s so nice and kind to our dogs. I will always recommend Altus to anyone. Thanks guys!

As a professional who is in the trades I need to know a Company will stand behind their work and do a decent job upon completion; I had a previous pest control service come out and I was dumbfounded on the extra additional costs that were being formulated and relayed to them I would pay, but to not expect me to ever use them again for the unsaid add-ons. With that said, I want to thank the wonderful woman at the desk who gives not only excellent service, but also patiently educates clients such as my self on what is best to protect my home.
