We had Easton and Davis out to our house quickly to fix our issue of no water. They did a wonderful job and were great to work with. Thank you guys so much!

These guys are very nice. They installed the pump for my well. They also helped me to get the water tested. Their location is pretty convenient, and they always answer their phone quickly. Sometimes it can take a bit for them to get back to you, but with some persistence, they will. I would definitely give them a call for future needs. Edit: I recently had Valley Pump lay pipe for me for an existing irrigation ditch. They did a great job for a fair price.

Been working with Vali for seems like years now from my well to my irrigation system they’ve always treated me right and continue to do so. Last week I blew a hole and some 6 inch underground and they were out here the very next day dug it out repaired The whole and I was back up and running in two hours. *Warning long rant* I hate to give poor reviews but I’ve been pretty disappointed the last few interactions I’ve had with these guys. The first time I went in they were not very busy and the front desk gal was super helpful. Gave me lots of information and pointed me in the right direction for my budget. Fast forward about a week I call them to ask about my we’ll pump and to call and have a service tech come out. I called that morning and was told that after they were in horseshoe bend that they would come over. I called them 5 hours later to check on things and to see if they were still good to come out. I was met with a pretty rude lady on the phone and said “ Is your water still working? Then it isn’t an emergency and we can get to next week if your lucky” after that conversation I c

Valley pump did some fairly extensive well repair for my parents 18 months ago. They were very fair and made sure the repairs only replaced what was needed but did it right. Fast forward to this past weekend and my widowed mom lost water pressure on a Saturday. She called and they immediately responded with the office manager and owner calling her back on a Saturday and guiding her through a pump and breaker reset...which worked. They could have insisted and charged for a service visit like most companies would have. It was free...on their weekend. And they even gave her tips on other things to look for to prevent future issues. Thanks to Valley for taking care of my mom and their customers. 10 stars if I could. Wonderful company who is all about helping people. Thank you Valley!
