Honestly a great experience. Helped me out on a Saturday night, showed up within 30-40 mins, and happily took care of my situation. Made good conversation and worked quickly.

Called him because I was locked out of my house with two small children he gave me a quote and said "cash or check only" I don't carry cash and wasn't sure where my checks might be. I was able to actually get cash and called back maybe 10- 15mins later and he was very rude and told me he was out of town so sorry. I then got in contact with someone else who just sent me a number for a locksmith (didn't realize it was the same person, I wouldn't have called if I knew) and he said he couldn't help me still and was very rude and told me to just call the cops or something. Save your money and business for someone who actually wants to help and will.

If I could, I wouldn’t leave any stars. One of the rudest people on the planet. From out of town and daughter locked her keys in the car. Called to see how much, and after telling me the price, he hung up before I could even say ok. Tried to call back and then they wouldn’t even answer the phone. $95 to unlock a car! I’m glad he hung up. Totally outrageous! Would have walked back to Hobart before using them.

Probably the most knowledgeable individual I've met about physical security issues. Does things right the first go-around... doesn't nickel and dime people into unnecessary items or services. Honest, forthright and not out to make a buck on another's lack of knowledge.
