I contacted Alvarado Roofing to repair a leaking flat roof section over my kitchen. Their response was fast, courteous, and reasonably priced. The two workers were efficient and provided before and after photos of the work area and work performed. Excellent professional team which I'll call for any future roof problems that I may have. We just had our tar & gravel flat roof replaced with TPO by Alvarado Roofing and we couldn't be happier. They worked around our schedule and replaced the roof while we were out of town. They were the lowest of the 3 bids we obtained and had, by far, the best warranty. All trash and debris was cleaned upon completion and the finished roof looks great. We had Alvarado put a new roof and vent on our rental. They were excellent to work with. Workers were focused and professional. When we found a roof leak on our home we called them and they found the problem and fixed it. I’m going to ask them to inspect our roof periodically and keep it in good order. They are very good at what they do and deliver as promised.
