Alvaro has saved us from my our destructive 13 year old dog, once again! Last November, pup got the turkey I was defrosting out of a LOCKED cooler and we came home to turkey gizards and juice all over our family room. Al came out within an hour to take care of it for us! This time, the old dog got sick and had several bouts of diarrhea all over ALL the carpets. We cleaned as best we could, buy lets face it....at that point is it really even clean? Enter Alvaro! He told us what to do to eliminate as many odors as possible, came out quickly and cleaned all our carpets. They even mopped our wood floors! On The Spot was in and out very quickly and left me with clean floors that I feel good about my kids walking on. They even left the industrial fan over night for us to help dry the floors fast
