Alves Fuels

In late December my heat stopped working, and I originally called a different company who said my whole furnace was 14 years old and needed to be replaced immediately and I could not use my heat. I called Alves for a second opinion, and they let me know that my furnace was both still under warranty and just fine. Everyone I spoke to was polite, and the company went above and beyond to help me understand my system and my options. From now on, I will just be going to Alves!

These guy were great . Water tank let go late one night and within 16 house I had a new tank installed ,,, very professional and clean . Luis Vitorino is the man , can call him anytime and he gets right back to you Highly recommend them

I had been a homeowner on autopay/autofill for about 12 years with this company. I had a card on file expire and had a balance of roughly $350 due to this. It took me a few months to figure out my card was bad. I called up once I realized, gave my new card and said yes, take out the balance I owe immediately and apologized. I then receive a text two hours later; they will no longer service me due to this one incident. I now cannot recommend them to anyone at all based on my experience.

Alves Fuels has been fantastic to work with - I bought a new home about a year ago and had never owned a place with oil based heat previously. Alves made it so easy to set up automatic delivery and get the system serviced. Everyone I have met or worked with at Alves has been personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I wanted to update my review as Alves Fuels installed a heat pump heating and cooling system in my house this summer. They were so easy to work with - I got a quote quickly with a transparent, all-in price. The installation team was awesome, kept us updated on what was happening throughout the project, and got all the work done at a high level ahead of schedule. I have thoroughly enjoyed the new system with the summer heat. I can't recommend Alves Fuels enough!
