Outstanding Service/ Truly Above and Beyond The owner of the company personally came by, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. He met with my elderly mom and was incredibly patient, kind, and respectful. He took his time with her, explained everything in detail, and made sure she felt comfortable every step of the way. His assistant was also super nice! We shared a few laughs, and the whole visit felt reassuring and positive. Most importantly, he not only found the issue but fixed it quickly and correctly. Todd did a wonderful job handling my electricity issues. He went so far as to push back on the electric company that kept saying there was no problem when there was. And then he fixed it quickly and reasonably priced. This has been an ongoing problem and I am very thankful and appreciative to have it fixed.
