I was referred to this company for a Title 5 inspection, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Absolutely fantastic service — I can’t recommend them enough. If I could give 10 stars, I would. From the moment I called, the office staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and well-organized. Communication between the office and field staff was seamless. The team dispatched to my home was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Every person I interacted with exceeded my expectations. Outstanding experience from start to finish.

Nick and his crew came out today 3/9/2026 to inspect my tank and provide recommendations. They showed up on time, were very friendly and provided technical expertise. This is my second service from this company and so far has not disappointed. Thank you Nick.

Wonderful service provided by employees Shannon, Richie, and Joe. My daughter had an urgent issue with a septic back up. When a message was left, Shannon called back promptly, heard my daughters concerns, and arranged for a service call same day. The thought was a pumping of the tank was needed. Richie and Joe came to her house, assessed the tank, and did the most commendable thing...they explained the issue was not the tank and shared next steps to resolve the issue. Would have been easy to charge for a cleanout...and they did as they say...the right thing. I arrived as they were leaving and they patiently reviewed with me the issue at hand. Can't get more honest than that. They earned two new customers today. Nice job Shannon, Richie, and Joe...your efforts are noted and apprecia

Huge thank you to Rich & Tommy. They went above and beyond what was expected of them to even help me understand that the previous pumpers were only doing about a third of the job causing me to have issues inside the home. Reached out to Clean Septic in preparation for selling my house to get a Title V inspection and I truly thought that the system wouldn't be able to be inspected because of the 18" of snow we recently got! When Jenny said they could come out TOMORROW if the snow wasn't bad, I was determined. Cleared a path to the septic system with our snowblower after work to make it easier and as promised at 9:30am the next day they arrived! Did what they needed to do and were on their way in only about 30 minutes!! Spoke with Jenny that afternoon and received the full report the next day! Excellent service, great people, and Jenny rocks!
