Called the office before opening hours and office staff very professional and passed my info to their electrician Dick. Dick and his assistant arrived within 15 minutes and not only fixed our main issue but also fixed a problem that could have caused more problems down the road. Reasonable prices considering last minute call. Would highly recommend to others

Ordered a furnace filter that I purchased here in the past and was told they would order it. Got a call four days later saying they don't stock it (hence the previous order) say what? She also stated they would NOT order it for us! We could go somewhere else. Guess they didn't need our brick and mortar support!!

I have broken pipes needing repaired under my cabin. I called Alward’s and scheduled an appointment. They could not give me a time slot, only that they would come this “afternoon”. I drove the two hours to the cabin this morning, waited 6 hours in a house with no heat or water for no one to arrive, call, text, or email. I called to see if they were still coming and no one answered. I now have to drive back home, schedule another plumber and make the trip to and from again. Monumental waste of a day and inconsiderate for the lack of communication.

I would not trust this business if you are a veteran in need. Even if this business claims to offer to "help" you as veterans, I would recommend being wary of that offer. I was recommended this business by a friend who said Greg made claims to help Vets. Not so sure about that after an extremely awkward conversation I had with him over the phone. He asked a series of uncomfortable, probing questions and made a suggestion to involve the VA in our transaction which makes no sense if a private entity is making claims of offering assistance to disadvantaged service members. Strange and disappointing. Just another episode in a series of untrustworthy contractors in and around Clare County.

Excellent service. We are new to the area. Never had a water softener before. Figured something must be wrong when we didn't need to add salt for 18mos. Called to schedule service for our water softener & Corky was out within the hour! He took the time to clean the softener & teach us how to maintain it. Definitely a future return customer. Thank you.
