I was having a problem with my furnace where it was running constantly blowing heat regardless of the thermostat setting. I placed a call to Bonham and requested service. This is a busy time of year for HVAC technicians so I had to wait a day before someone could come out, which is totally fine. Mike came out first thing this morning and had it up and running in less than a half an hour. Turns out the old thermostat wires had a short making the furnace think it was calling for heat. I highly recommend this company for all of your heating and air conditioning needs. Fast, courteous and reliable technicians, Mike was awesome to deal with and the services were affordable.

Despite these assertions, a charge of $140.00 was levied. Subsequently, another service provider was engaged, who successfully completed the necessary repairs on the initial visit for a total cost of $175.00. Based on this experience, we recommend exploring alternative service providers before committing to our services.

We had a furnace issue at our cottage on a Friday afternoon. I called the office and they set an appointment for Joe to come out to look at the furnace. He was there within two hours! Joe was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous! He looked at all of the possible issues and then fixed the issue.
