Always On HVAC

Our technician, Led, was timely with arriving within the service window, and notified us when he was on his way. He was respectful of our space and immediately put on shoe booties to avoid tracking dirt/snow into the house and onto the rug. Led also took good care while servicing/cleaning the units. He asked questions and provided suggestions to improve efficiency and use of energy. He was thoughtful and answered all questions. Overall, this was a very positive experience. I appreciate Led's professionalism and courteous manner.

This was my third encounter with Always on HVAC. Needless to say the other two did not go well. However, this time the sales man Rasean was excellent and stayed true to his words. We were able to get it done within two wrestle after initial contact with Rasean. Thank God. The installers were very clean and organized, it went well overall.

I had a split air unit installed on November 13th. It’s now almost two weeks later, and I am not satisfied with the work that was done. I am very understanding when it comes to mishaps or unexpected issues that may arise during home projects, but the missing piece with this company is communication. The installers arrived 30 minutes after the two-hour window they were scheduled for, and I had to reach out to them myself to get an update. The installation took 10 hours for ONE unit, and there was a language barrier between myself and the installers. To get any information, I had to call Always On HVAC, who would then contact their boss, and their boss would call me. This was extremely frustrating. I would be helpful to have someone onsite to communicate with. It could’ve took 100 hours and

My installers were great. They removed their shoes when they entered my hse. Which showed me they are considerate. They were on time for the job and was eager to get the job done. I liked evr'tng about these guys. The work came out spectacular. They cleaned up behind themselves and left no mess. There's nothing negative to say about my installers. #5stars!

The team was prompt and efficient, pricing affordable. The installation went well, team installed efficiently. Only issue was that contractors did not speak or understand the language so communication was hard at times. Otherwise we are satisfied with our system. Heating and cooling split unit. Gree
