Mitchell came by to repair a sagging garage door at my rental and did a fantastic job reinforcing the brackets to be absolutely flush and sturdy as possible. He was also kind enough to help me out with an issue I was having with my openers not connecting to the security gate and garage door. When he said he had another clicker on the vehicle that he could sell to me on the spot, I was thrilled to not have to make another trip to the hardware store. The installation and connection was a breeze and he was as helpful and kind as possible. What a lifesaver. Excellent and fast service, I reach out late at night and receive an email within an hour, got a phone call next day early morning to schedule a repair the same day. Their technician Joshua Ray was very professional and knowledgeable, fix my garage door and give me some tips on how to prevent my remote from keep giving me headaches. Very pleasant experience.

We would give 10 stars if we had the option! Absolutely top notch service in every way. The young skilled technician, Mitchell, came right on time. He quickly assessed what way causing our problems in opening and closing our garage door. He replaced the part, programmed our remotes and communicated exactly was needed and how he fixed it. Beyond disappointed. And before I start, I can not stand liars. The garage door was fixed, awesome. I watched everything right down to the tech and trying to lift the garage manually. I’m inside, as he’s a strong man on the exterior part. He lost grip, and I then made the comment that WOW that slammed. After all it did seem to be up a running. Over time the weather or oils, random stains start appearing on the exterior door. Understanding, however to accuse me of this is absolutely absurd. I was told I did this, someone fell into it ? BONUS …hand prints. Whose hand prints ? Read BELOW The garage door has no handles on the exterior side. I was never on that side of the garage during this home repair visit.
