This company is a nightmare, Jim who first answered my call took my dispatch number and said he would be out (12/12, Friday night) between 6 and 7pm, at 7:30 I tried calling-no answer, finally I contacted American Home Shield thinking they could get ahold of him, still no response. At 8pm I get a text stating I wasn’t able to make it, but I’ll be there tomorrow (12/13 Saturday) between 9-10am. The next day same issue NO CALL, or ANSWER by 10:30am I tried calling him, I got no answer, again I called AHS. He finally contacted AHS to tell them he’s on the way (He showed up by 1:30pm) he told me he never showed up because he didn’t have my dispatch number (He is the same person I spoke to the day before and gave my dispatch number too, he also scheduled me because he said it was considered an

Was referred to always plumbing. The lady who scheduled the appointment was very friend. I was told I was going to get Jim (the gentlemen I was referred to) but Dave, I believe his name was, showed up. Dave was professional and on time but no call to let me know they were on their way like the lady scheduling the appointment said they would. He fixed the main corroded pipe that caused me to call plus a toilet issue he found while removing it to get to the pipe and upgraded how the draining was set up under the sink. I appreciated all of that. He offered to clean everything up which I appreciated but wish clean up was done better. Took 1600 for a job October 2025 and never did the work, eventually ghosted after multiple promises to come do the project.

I gave them a call, they came out the next day to take a look , Jimmy was professional , kind and honest. I will recommend him & their crew to anyone I know. 5 star
