Liran did an excellent job replacing my mortise lock. He was calm, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The new lock is solid, works smoothly, and my door finally feels secure again. He showed up on time, explained the work as he went, was efficient without rushing. Wouldn’t use them again. I called them to come over because my garage door would not open. The cable that disengages the lock broke inside the door and I needed them to come and get the door open. It was a simple fix, which took 10 minutes if that. He came on a Monday and started out with the price of $225. I read up online how much the service usually charges which ranges from 75 to 175. After 10 minutes of discussing why the price was so high he was able to come down to $150 after negotiating in my driveway. I agreed upon the price and he opened the door. Mind you he was a 10 minute drive to my house. Unfortunately, approximately an hour later, the door fell down and locked once again.
