I had an excellent experience with Arrow Exterminators, and I highly recommend their service. From start to finish, the process was professional, efficient, and very thorough. A special thank you to technician Jerel Walker, who was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Jerel made sure the treatment was done properly and answered all of my questions, which really gave me peace of mind. It’s not every day you come across service that is this attentive and professional. If you need pest control, I definitely recommend Arrow Exterminators and ask for Jerel Walker. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure our home is taken care of. During his last visit, he actually caught a live mouse in our basement while resetting our traps! I can honestly say that each time Arrow services and/or responds to my home the experience is wonderful as a result of the level of professionalism and courtesy demonstrated. I am fortunate to usually have the same service person respond and his name is Brandon. Brandon's quality of work is so high that I often tell friends and relatives about my positive experience. Brandon gives the type of great service that is all too often lost in this day and age.
