Always Reliable Pool Services

Simon and his team at Always Reliable Pools brought our backyard vision to life. We set out to build our pool/and backyard in the height of the 2022 summer when it was nearly impossible to find contractors. SImon was very quick to get back to us and has always responded during and after the build. I have heard nightmares about companies taking jobs and extending the timeline an unfathomable amount. Simon and his crew finished in a time that we are very pleased with and has continued to answer questions we have and honor small repairs to the drip system when needed. Many contractors will ghost you after the job is done, Simon has always answered texts or calls and truly values his customers.

We had our pool built by this company a few years ago. Pool looks great, everyone always compliments us on our pool so much so that we referred two of our friends and they also had their backyard pools build by them . With that said it has not all been great. Initially we had an issue with the jacuzzi overflow not being leveled . We requested that they come back and fix it which they did . With some resistance but they did. A few months later we noticed one of the pool lights had somehow come out of place and was literally floating out of socket. Contacted Simon ( owner) and Steve (sales) they both claimed they were super busy with other jobs but would have someone come out and take a look at it. It has been over a year now . Approximately two months ago they had the light warranty company

Seems like the contractor under bids and uses new jobs to pay off old ones. A couple sub contractors weren’t paid so I (not the contractor) had to smooth things over to avoid any legal action. I also had to withhold final installment until the damage to my property and mishaps on the pool installation were finally corrected. Upon inspection by a reputable pool contractor, I learned “Always Reliable” Pools did a piss poor job installing and securing my pool equipment. My fence nearly fell apart and after several attempts to contact the contractor for repairs he is still ignoring my calls. Bottom line, this company is the exact opposite of “reliable”. Do your research and know the lowest bid isn’t always the best quality. Hard to believe these 5 star ratings are legit. ***If you avoid this

By far the easiest pool company to work with! They built us our dream pool for thousands less than other companies, they arrive on time ever time, and if they don’t, they are super efficient about texting or calling. They have great ideas, and totally work with you! Highly Recommend This pool Company!

simon is awesome. can’t ask for a better guy to build a pool. this company is one of the only ones out there that does not sub all the work out and high level of quality control. top notch
