My in wall oven decided to die 12/30 and Alwayz There was literally there 12/31. The diagnostic fee was reasonable compared to others that I contacted prior to Always There. Sonny was timely and professional. The text communications were great to know who, when and where they were. Sonny didn’t pressure me to go with the repair and allowed me time to Compare the cost of repair to buying a new unit. After I agreed to move forward with the repair (more cost efficient) a couple concerns arose and Always There quickly resolved my concerns via email! Thank you for your professional and true customer service that is beneficial to not just myself but for the company. Hopefully I won’t need them again, but if I do, they are on speed dial now!

My dishwasher wouldn't run a cycle. Alwayz There responded with a quick appointment. Sonny diagnosed the problem order the part and was back in 2 days to resolve the problem. In checking everything and moving the machine around, he got a new error message and when he went back in he found a foreign object inside. He got it I ut, checked everything again and made sure it worked properly. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I would definitely call them again for any appliance work I need done!

Our washing machine had an issue and I needed to get it resolved quickly. Alwayz There was able to fit me in the same day. Mike the technician was prompt, professional and knowledgeable to get our washing machine back up and running. Very happy with the price and service. I’d recommend their services to anyone.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. My fridge broke in May and a technician Sonny was our tech every apt. He was very kind but kindness doesn’t get the job done. He did multiple repairs over the course of 4 months but nothing ever fixed the issue. They no showed multiple apts and constantly reschedule at the last minute/or wait til they are already late to call and say they aren’t coming. The amount I spent in repairs and taking time off I could have bought 2 brand new refrigerators. I have called them 6 times since the end of August as they stated they would get back with me within 2-3 days to discuss what the next repair would be and have never received a call back. I am on medication that requires being refrigerated and couldn’t wait any longer to hear from them after multiple u
