AM Construction did a fantastic job on multiple projects in our older home. Andy and his team leveled a concrete floor and installed flooring, cabinetry, a barn door, and baseboard molding. He also did electrical work like installing ceiling lights, ceiling fans, light switches, electrical outlets, and outdoor lights. He also painted beautifully and did a little plumbing. Every step of the way seemed to need extra attention because of our quirky home. Andy worked diligently to solve all of the issues. He always showed up when he said he would, and accomplished projects in the time frame he estimated and within budget. Andy and his team did a great job installing heated tile flooring in our master bathroom. The bathroom is over the garage, so it gets very cold in the winter. We had previously hired another contractor to install heated floors and we had problems with the grout cracking, the heating element shorting out, and the thermostat failing. We explained all of this to Andy and he made every effort to prevent those issues from happening again, including blowing additional insulation under the subfloor and reinforcing the subfloor with plywood to prevent the floor from flexing and causing cracks in the grout.
