Excellent customer service. They came out the next day and fixed my garage door. They didn't talk me into a new door as it had a dent from a mishap. They only replaced what had to be replaced and fixed what could be fixed definitely will use them again.

I’ve been very impressed with this company. We’ve had them out twice. The first was the cord that pulls the door up and down broke off. They came very quickly, within the hour, were fairly priced, and repaired it quickly. The second, the most recent visit and why I’m writing, was also a great experience, specifically with Monte and Mitch. My husband backed into our garage door halfway up causing it to be bent and off the tracks. They came once again within an hour of calling and I asked for a quote for everything - the repair to get it working again, a new garage door, and a new motor so we could have pricing for all our options. Called to upgrade my old garage door opener and Monte had exactly what I was looking for. Arrived on time and got the install done very quickly! Called in morning left message. Speedy getting back with me. I already knew the problem. Sent pics and by afternoon all was fixed along with a few other things that needed updated. Fixed. Quieter wth rollers replaced and 5 star service. Will call for future problems. What I was quotes was the price. Highly recommended. Was already recommended by husbands boss for a fix last week. We both had garage springs break.

When we had a torsion spring issue with our garage, we were ripped off by the first company we called and then jerked around by several others. We reached the point where it felt like we’d have to overpay just to get the garage door fixed. Once we found Clark’s Door & Service, though, everything changed.
