AM PM Keys

I came in because I was locked out of my safe. The gentleman there was very helpful and gave me a round key, similar to a freezer key, to see if it would fit. I checked, and sure enough, it worked perfectly. I brought my safe in, and in less than five minutes they were able to unlock it for me. Great customer service and fair pricing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They also seemed like a friendly, family-run business.

I had a rough experience here. The customer service agent quoted me a price on a chip card key, which seemed acceptable, and I certainly didn't have an issue with that. But the problem I did have was with his lack of transparency with his additional fees. Apparently they charged an additional 3 1/2 percent if one uses a debit/credit card. If I had been notified of the additional charge, I would have gladly paid with cash. It would have been nice to have been given the option.

The woman at the counter was friendly and personable. I was in and out in 5 minutes to get a key made. Absolutely recommend getting keys made here, it's faster and less expensive than the kiosks you see around.

Jill helped us out today and was fantastic. Our car remote fob had been dying (the chip, not the battery; she helped us check that too!) and she was so quick to get us a new one and reprogram it, as well as cut our emergency key. This isn’t the first time we’ve used AM PM and it won’t be the last. They are the best!

I've used am pm keys from time to time. Always good. Recently I took in an key fob I'd obtained off Amazon to get duplicated to my current key, and I was pleased with my experience once again.
