A&M Septic

A&M Septic was AMAZING!! We couldn’t have asked for better customer service! My family has never worked with aerobic systems and we had to buy a new pump. Monte and Brad were able to guide us/ help us buy what we needed. They took their time to explain stuff to our family while purchasing a new pump! During the installation phase- we called Monte and Brad several times for several questions. We ultimately ended up having them come out to our home due to some issues we were encountering. They were quick to respond on a Friday afternoon and were at our house in 30 minutes approximately. Monte and Brad are both super knowledgeable in aerobic septic system repair. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with them. They did the inspections on our septic tank before we bought our house. After closing, I texted Monte a few days later and within 2 days he had his guys come out, pump the tanks, replace the air compressor, fix my sprinklers and then showed me how to use it all since I am new to septic systems. They gave me more advice than I could have imagined and taught me a lot about the system. Will continue doing business with them as long as we live here.

I called Monte yesterday to have my septic tank serviced. My appointment was scheduled for the next day. Josh was my technician. He showed up on time and represented his company well. His customer service and eye for detail was superb. He kept me updated throughout the process and did a great job. I would highly recommend A & M Septic, Monte and Josh to anyone!

Monty was recommended to me when the red light came on to my aerobic septic system. I called him and he came out about 4 hours later. He fixed the issue and educated me about the system and answered my various questions. He was friendly and his rate was very reasonable. We’ll be using him again whenever we have any issues and will recommend him to others! Thank you so very much, Monty!

came out and pumped my system and said it needed an aerator. He told me he would order it. never heard back, so I called several days later and they said they would check on it. waited another weekend then called again and was told I needed a whole new system. I would not use this septic company they either don't communicate with one another pr they just choose to lie to customers.
